Meets customers' needs, solves problems independently, and escalates to a manager when necessary.
Builds loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the IKEA shopping experience.
Builds emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers.
Provides customers with a simple and efficient handout experience.
Offers and sells services to customers during the handover process.
Provides the customer with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.
Collects high quality data for follow-up in returns.
Connect to people by listening to their personal needs and creating genuine interactions.

Requirements

1 year sales or customer service experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications

The successful candidate may be required to complete a background check and a drug test as a condition of employment for this role.
