Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation & Team Support
Act as Scrum Master in an internal interaction design team within HMI development
Facilitate all agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement in ways of working
Support teams through uncertainty, prioritization shifts, and transformation
Coach team members and stakeholders in agile principles and practices
Process & Coordination
Set up and maintain structured processes for cross-functional collaboration in the R&D organization
Coordinate dependencies across software, UX, systems, and validation teams
Support the organization's SAFe agile framework implementation
Ensure smooth transitions from development into implementation and industrialization phases
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex product development environments
Solid experience from HMI and/or digiphysical development, where software, hardware, and vehicle systems interact
Proven experience from scaling and implementation phases, transitioning from development into industrialization
Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams (software, UX, systems, validation)
University degree, M.Sc. in technical design or similar
Fluent in English and Swedish
Meriting
SAFe certification
Experience from automotive or heavy vehicle industry
Background in industrial design or ergonomics environments
