HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in SAP BW S4 Hana to manage master data, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse processes in Chennai, India. This role requires strong analytical, project management, and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and support supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

Manage master data management processes for product flow and transaction execution.
Ensure accuracy in setup for Materials, Customers, Vendors, and Product Routings.
Manage Business As Usual (BAU) processes with a Continuous Improvement mindset.
Oversee MD&C processes for small and medium projects.
Orchestrate with global and local teams for timely and accurate master data setup.
Run and issue MD&C KPIs, metrics, and related dashboards.

Requirements

SAP master data management experience required.
Strong knowledge of Master Data concepts.
Excellent MS Office skills including MS Access.
Experience with data analysis tools like Tableau and Python.
Excellent written and verbal/spoken communication skills.
Excellent collaboration and networking abilities.
Highly self-motivated with minimal daily direction.
Ability to work in a complex matrix organization with strong teamwork.
Ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
BS/BA college degree (similar to USA equivalent BS/BA).
5 or more years of experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain / Materials Management.
Experienced in analytical and problem-solving skills.

Primary system of entry is SAP with secondary entry in MDG system.
