Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in implementation and customization.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Salesforce administration (user management, security settings, data management, workflow automation).
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, layouts, workflows).
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II.
  • Salesforce Certified Lightning Developer.
