Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Define future-state processes and solution requirements.
- Facilitate decision-making and challenge requirements when appropriate.
- Provide territory design and planning support.
- Optimize sales processes and design functional solutions.
- Map user journeys and perform impact/gap analysis.
- Validate delivered functionality and coordinate defect resolution.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support backlog refinement.
- Clarify requirements for development teams and collaborate with Product Owners.
- Define test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Enterprise Territory Management (ETM)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Experience with enterprise transformation projects.
- Proficiency in workshop facilitation and requirements engineering.
- Experience with process modelling and stakeholder management.
- Scrum experience and user story creation.
- Experience with backlog refinement and Agile delivery environments.
