Responsibilities
- Maintain customer bookings, review SAP orders, and reconcile bookings.
- Coordinate tool shipments and revenue recognition, and track backlog.
- Manage key strategic programs and align with account managers on forecasts.
- Enter and maintain accurate CRM data and generate sales quotations.
- Manage Key Customer Score Cards in partnership with Key Account Management.
- Prioritize Customer Care representative activities for the Tesla/SpaceX Account.
- Generate and maintain various analysis reports utilizing advanced Excel and BI skills.
- Review sales orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues, and pricing.
- Complete monthly and quarter-end close activities with finance.
- Coordinate tool allocation based on priority.
- Participate in meetings concerning order status, forecast, and order review.
- Address complex problems requiring in-depth analysis.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer issues related to shipments and delivery gaps.
- Support peak activities such as quarter-end/fiscal year-end, Key Account Reviews, and Business Reviews.
- Build relationships and foster collaboration with internal and external peers.
- Ensure compliance with all company, regional, and local policies and regulations.
- Contribute as an integral member of the Tesla/SpaceX Key Account Team to drive customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of experience within a similar department
- Experience in vacuum technology and/or semiconductor sales/marketing
- Project Management experience
- Contract Management experience
- Problem Solving skills
- Experience with quality systems
- Proficient with Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate
- Adept at creating analytic tools, reports, dashboards, and KPIs from multiple data sources
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to travel to customer's site in Austin, TX on occasion.
