Responsibilities
- Develop sales and actively identify new business opportunities within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with ABB’s technical and project teams to deliver optimal customer solutions and represent ABB at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial solution sales, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to build business relationships and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Proactive approach to business development and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial automation and/or instrumentation products will be considered an advantage.
