ABB is seeking a Sales Engineer for Instrumentation to drive sales and business development within the Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, and Warmińsko-Mazurskie regions of Poland. Responsibilities
- Develop sales and actively identify new business opportunities within the assigned region
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
- Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with ABB’s technical and project teams to deliver optimal customer solutions
- Represent ABB at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial solution sales, or a similar role
- Proven ability to build business relationships and conduct commercial negotiations
- Proactive approach to business development and a results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of industrial automation and/or instrumentation products will be considered an advantage
