Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for selling, reaching goals, and serving IKEA customers.
- Highly interested in home furnishing, people's life at home, and the IKEA product range.
- Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of the local market and business conditions.
- Understanding of the local market and competition.
- Knowledge of store operations, range presentation, and in-store logistics the IKEA way.
