Responsibilities
- Handle daily tasks and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with quality.
- Deliver on multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and update reports on key operational performance indicators.
- Manage tactical planning and drive execution of assigned tasks.
- Ensure seller/vendor operational performance meets targets.
- Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, or SQL.
- Monitor project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Assist sellers with inbound management and supply chain initiatives.
- Support sellers in understanding and utilizing Amazon tools.
- Assist with Fulfillment Center appointment management.
- Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to identify and correct process gaps.
- Maintain records of work received and performed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of sales experience
