In short

We are seeking an RME Coordinator to oversee facility and administrative activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks, corrective maintenance, and vendor coordination for systems under warranty or AMC. The role involves managing conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth soft services operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks per the PPM schedule.
  • Attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
  • Coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.
  • Monitor energy consumption and manage DG maintenance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems and control components.
  • Support production in a safe and customer-focused manner.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks of fire alarm and fire extinguishers.
  • Maintain, oil, and grease carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Handle regular electrical works and issue height/hot work permits.
  • Address minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
  • Provide daily reports on TT closures, open cases, and RCA.
  • Update tools inventory and manage PPM schedules.
  • Oversee soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, and waste disposal.
  • Manage agency staff and overall shift operations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics and Communication/Instrumentation and Controls.
  • 1+ years of conveyors/automation/control systems maintenance experience.
