Contribute to order fulfillment and product availability in a retail store by managing inbound goods, moving products, and performing sales floor replenishment. This part-time, on-site role involves operating equipment, managing inventory, and working in a dynamic retail environment, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy at point of receiving.
- Move product to final selling location (in storage or on the floor in all areas).
- Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidance.
- Select goods for customers within the agreed time frame.
- Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools including IT systems.
- Handle goods (unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking in, stocking out, picking, loading).
- Certify all powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.

- Must be able to work nights & weekends.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with fulfillment of customer orders in different sales channels is a plus.
- Familiarity with the IKEA culture is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must work min. 20 hrs/wk to be eligible for Medical and Rx plans.
