IKEA is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role involves contributing to order fulfillment by managing inbound goods, moving products, replenishing sales floor stock, and preparing customer orders. Proficiency with scanner equipment and mobile equipment certification is required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the fulfillment of customer orders across different sales channels.
  • Ensure efficient product availability and replenishment processes.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Move products to storage or the sales floor.
  • Perform sales space replenishment according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Pick and prepare customer orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Handle goods including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management IT systems.
  • Certify all powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

  • Must have open availability Monday - Sunday from 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM for the Outbound operation.
  • Experience operating scanner equipment.
  • Experience with inventory management tools and IT systems.
  • Certification for powered mobile equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
