Responsibilities

Actively approach and assist customers, identifying needs and offering solutions.

Understand and convey product features and benefits to customers.
Build furniture for merchandising and remodels.
Prepare and serve IKEA Food menu items following safety guidelines.
Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
Flow product to the selling location.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Provide efficient returns and exchange experiences.

Requirements

2-3 years of previous retail sales, customer service, food service, or warehouse experience.
Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift merchandise.
May be required to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to work in varying store environments (sales floor, customer service, food service, recovery, warehouse).

Desired Qualifications
