Responsibilities

  • Keep assigned areas clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked, ensuring IKEA merchandising standards.
  • Convey passion for IKEA products, learning and sharing features and benefits with customers.
  • Build furniture for In Shape As New, new product introductions, commercial calendar implementation, and remodels.
  • Prepare, produce, and serve IKEA Food menu items, following food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Receive inbound goods and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Flow product to the final selling location.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide customers with a simple and efficient Full Serve Hand Out experience.
  • Offer a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home furnishing sector.
  • Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
