Electrolux Group is looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist in Stockholm, Sweden for a one-year parental leave cover. This role involves developing and executing retail marketing plans with key partners to strengthen brands, increase consumer engagement, and drive commercial results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement joint marketing plans with leading retail partners across the Nordic market.
- Create and execute impactful retail campaigns, promotions, product launches and activations that drive traffic, engagement and sales.
- Lead co-marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution across channels and touchpoints.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Coordinate with product line, merchandising and creative teams to ensure compelling product and brand communication.
- Manage campaign deployment, agency collaboration and retail activation materials from brief through execution.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results and provide recommendations for future optimization.
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
- Contribute to continuously improving the customer and shopper experience across retail channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Marketing or similar commercial marketing roles.
- Experience working directly with retail partners and developing joint business-driving marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering campaigns and activations from planning through execution.
- Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Fluency in Swedish or Norwegian is highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
