Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs.
- Develop hiring plans including advertisements and outreach.
- Manage recruitment from briefing to offer.
- Advise leaders on role profiles, market insights, and selection.
- Source and engage diverse talent through various channels.
- Screen and interview candidates using a structured approach.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Adhere to safety requirements and encourage safe behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment support role.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software platforms.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using HRIS, ATS, or similar digital tools (e.g., Workday) is a plus.
- Exposure to a multinational or matrix organization is beneficial.
- Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and assessment methods.
- Confidence in using digital recruitment tools and systems.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Collaborative approach and a genuine interest in people.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 5% domestically or local.
