Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receipt and processing of all inbound materials.
- Ensure timely unloading, inspection, verification, and put-away of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Verify shipments against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain ownership of inventory accuracy throughout the plant and ensure accurate JDE transactions.
- Oversee storage practices, material identification, traceability, and warehouse organization.
- Manage the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Maintain inventory condition and ensure warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports.
- Partner with other departments to ensure alignment on inventory management processes.
- Maintain ownership of receiving-related physical storage and staging locations, including dock, yard, and outdoor areas.
- Ensure dock and yard areas are organized and maintained for safe and efficient material flow.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).
- Experience managing inventory accuracy and cycle count programs.
- Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) inventory and receiving transactions.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control principles.
- Knowledge of receiving, put-away, location management, and material traceability processes.
- Familiarity with forklift operations and warehouse safety requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience handling raw materials, long-length materials, or industrial manufacturing products preferred.
