We’re looking for a Project Planning Manager  to update full schedules and collect time related progress information. Also, they will be in charge of maintaining the schedules or assigned part of schedules according to Time Management Plan and company’s procedures. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

  • Collect progress information from stakeholders and suppliers
  • Participate in periodic project schedule review sessions
  • Report the actual or potential delays to the core project team
  • Prepare standard schedule and progress reports

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

  • Engineering or Business Degree.
  • High Level in English is a must
  • 2-4 years of experience as Project Planning 
  • Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool  (MSP, P6, Planisware) 
  • Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker
  • Conflict management and multi-tasking
