Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Summary

Role Overview - Hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in Agile delivery and project tooling. The role requires ownership of planning, tracking, reporting, and governance, with a strong ability to leverage tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and plan management tools (e.g., Big Gantt).

Key Responsibilities and Required SkillsOwn end-to-end project planning, execution, and deliveryCreate and maintain project plans, milestones, and dependenciesProficient in usage of **JIRA boards (advanced plans, dashboards, plugins for reporting etc)**Drive **program tracking, reporting, and governance (status reports, dashboards, RAID logs)**Ensure timely delivery of milestones and quality of deliverablesTrack risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigationHands-on experience in working with Agile methodologyExperience with project metrics managementCreate and maintain project documentation in ConfluenceSupport continuous improvement of team processes and ways of workingExtensive experience with **Project planning tools (e.g., Big Gantt / MS Project / Smartsheet etc)**Experience working in large-scale transformation programs with structured governance preferred
