Responsibilities

Monitor batch schedules (CA-7/TWS/Control-M), job abends, spools (JES2/3), and SLA adherence.
Provide expert-level support for mainframe batch cycle processing.
Analyze incidents and defects, perform code-level fixes in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues occurred in batch cycle.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.

JCL: Intermediate
COBOL: Advanced
DB2: Intermediate
CICS: Intermediate
Problem Solving: Advanced
Communication Skills: Intermediate
Incident Management: Intermediate

Desired Qualifications

Agile or Scrum Master certification is preferred.
