Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across functions and with external partners.
  • Identify and manage risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Present status updates and results to management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to developing ways of working and sharing lessons learned.
  • Support initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Requirements

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in leading projects or coordinating technical initiatives within manufacturing, industry, or a similar environment.
  • Understanding of technical processes and production environments.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with CAD or PDM systems is a merit.
  • Knowledge about Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt certification) is a merit.
