Your role

As a Project Manager, your mission is to lead the development, definition and execution of project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. You will report to the PMO Manager.

You will

    • develop, define and execute detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
    • Manage resources, track costs and ensure adherence to project timelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders across multiple fucntions and divisions are needed
    • Communicate project requirements, progress and risks to all levels of the organisation, including Senior Management and external partners
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, reviews and reporting
    • Ensure all projects comply with company processes, quality standards and customer requirements
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience, working as a Project Manager

    • Project Management certification (eg. PMP, Prince 2, Agile, IPMA) is required
    • Degree in Engineering or Business is an advantage but not essential, other qualifications with more experience will be considered
    • Confident use of Microsoft Project (MSP)
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • Strong organisational, leadership and influencing skills
    • Must be able to demonstrate ability to plan and deliver complex projects
    • Must be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise multiple activities
    • Familiarity with vaccum technology or related industries is an advantage
