Tetra Pak is seeking a Project Leader for their Product Development Centre in Rayong, Thailand. This role involves managing customer trials, providing technical solutions in process, packaging, and industrial engineering, and ensuring compliance with Thai FDA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute new product trials for customers at the pilot plant.
- Organize, engage, and communicate with customers for efficient transition from research to manufacturing.
- Oversee new product projects for internal and external customers, managing resources and risks.
- Monitor and record process controls of plant equipment.
- Perform Physicochemical, Chemical, and Microbiological testing.
- Handle logistics for trial-related raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure compliance with Thai FDA and customs.
- Liaise with regulatory stakeholders and manage Thai FDA documentation for the pilot plant.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Food technology, Dairy technology, or Biotechnology.
- 8-15 years of experience in food/dairy processing within a commercial/pilot UHT plant.
- Experience in New Product Development, specifically in Dairy/Beverages categories.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Thai FDA regulations and import requirements.
- Professionalism, patience, and customer service orientation.
- Very good verbal and written communication in English.
- Team player with a problem-solving attitude and out-of-the-box thinking.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of aseptic food processing (UHT) technology is an advantage.
