Responsibilities

Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies
Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives
Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices
Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Requirements

Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean
Strong project management skills with experience in change management
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Certified scrum master (csm) or other relevant agile certifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience in software development and it projects
Knowledge of relevant tools such as jira, trello, or asana

Desired Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
