In short

We are seeking a Project Execution Manager to ensure successful customer project delivery from order to warranty. This role requires a technical background, strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and experience in project management within a commercial technical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer projects after the order.
  • Conduct customer kickoff meetings to align expectations.
  • Support customers on integration questions, installation, startup, and commissioning.
  • Ensure timely equipment delivery and project execution within scope and quality standards.
  • Support customers during performance validation and warranty periods.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the customer.
  • Design, communicate, and implement project time plans.
  • Monitor project progress and performance against the plan.
  • Control project costs to avoid deviation.
  • Create and manage a punch list with the customer.
  • Resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Identify, develop, and gather necessary project resources.
  • Liaise with other operational areas (e.g., engineering, technical) for resources.
  • Select and manage outside contractors.
  • Supervise projects on-site and participate in commissioning and startup.
  • Manage troubleshooting during the warranty period.

Requirements

  • A technical education, such as a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience in a similar role within a commercial technical environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • A mature, professional approach to managing complex projects.
  • A natural ability to build relationships, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain oversight in dynamic environments.
