Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end development and implementation of internal engineering products and services, leading cross-functional design teams to deliver high-speed SerDes PHY IP solutions.
- Drive and direct engineering teams in both strategic and tactical dimensions, including defining IP product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing.
- Identify and secure necessary resources for timely project deliverables, proactively escalating issues to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee risk management and change control processes from project conception through customer delivery.
- Define, promote, implement, and continuously improve team and cross-functional engineering processes and best practices.
- Engage in pre- and post-sales support activities, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IP Program Management teams.
- Provide regular status updates to management and customers, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in integrated circuit design, ASIC development, or project engineering management.
- Comprehensive understanding of mixed-signal and digital design principles, with hands-on experience in IC design and verification.
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary project teams and successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within scope.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, risk assessment, and change management in a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
- Strong communication skills, with experience providing updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
