Responsibilities
- Handle and deliver projects with agreed margin, delivery time, and quality.
- Maintain and improve relations with sales and customers.
- Develop new product localization.
- Manage projects of standard and non-standard FCM/HSS module area for ship new building applications.
- Issue Purchase Requisitions (PR) for module components and create Approval/Working drawings (mechanical + electrical).
- Control project margin within budget.
- Communicate with internal/external customers to coordinate project-relevant issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to Product Manager on FCM/HSS product improvement.
- Communicate with CLASS (classification society) regarding module drawings and site inspections.
- Deliver projects on specification, on time, and on cost.
- Provide claim handling support.
- Support sales with drawings and quotations.
- Communicate with the Central Product Center for technical clarification on heavily customized module products.
- Standardize module workshop manufacturing technology.
- Provide quotation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; marine engine major is a plus.
- Familiarity with marine Class regulations.
- Project management experience.
- 6+ years of working experience, with experience in the Marine industry being a plus.
- Experience in coordination and planning projects.
- Problem-solving skills and target orientation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Knowledge of Alfa Laval products.
- Experience in module design/manufacturing.
