Responsibilities
- Own the escalation path for ASIN-level catalog defects that exceed existing procedures, driving each to root cause or a confirmed accountable owner.
- Absorb volume during spikes and coverage gaps to maintain team SLA.
- Convert operational symptoms into problem statements for program managers, product managers, and engineering partners.
- Represent GCOI in defect triage forums and cross-team working sessions, providing operational evidence.
- Communicate partner and product decisions back to the specialist team with clear instructions on handling changes.
- Maintain documentation for defect investigations, root causes, resolutions, and prevention measures.
- Author or refresh SOPs to enable self-resolvable issues.
- Execute assigned catalog readiness tasks, including ASIN creation and attribute validation, against workback schedules.
- Mentor Catalog specialists and Automation Leads on troubleshooting and catalog tooling.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience in MS Access and SQL.
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
