Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management for ML data pipeline initiatives, including scoping requirements, tracking delivery milestones, and ensuring data quality standards.
- Own AWS account governance programs, covering access management, security reviews, seller integration onboarding, and compliance tracking.
- Lead analytics automation programs, identifying manual reporting bottlenecks, defining automation roadmaps, and coordinating the build-out of AI/LLM-powered solutions.
- Manage programs around advanced business analyses such as customer cohorts, regional selection, A/B testing, and promo effectiveness, aligning priorities with business stakeholders.
- Partner with Data Engineers, Scientists, SDEs, BAs, and business leaders to resolve blockers and make trade-off decisions.
- Contribute to team planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent, or 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project.
- Experience in ETL management/data pipeline.
- Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, IAM, EC2, DynamoDB).
- Exposure to AI/LLM-powered automation or generative AI for analytics.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or last-mile delivery domains.
- Proven track record of delivering programs in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
