Responsibilities

  • Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
  • Perform routine tasks such as hand soldering, standard assembly, equipment operation, and repairs.
  • Conduct routine documented testing, calibration, inspection, and packaging of finished product.
  • Meet productivity levels per the assigned production line.
  • Perform routine documented equipment setup at the workstation.
  • Stay up-to-date on procedures and required trainings.
  • Recommend and review manufacturing procedures.
  • Operate tools and equipment, reporting damaged or missing tools.
  • Identify and understand non-conforming materials and guidelines.
  • Verify part quality using Statistical Process Control techniques.
  • Perform daily organization and cleanup of the work area.
  • Follow Lean Principles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a shift.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous assembler experience or related experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
