Responsibilities
- Teach new and existing employees policies, procedures, skills, and knowledge required for the specific campaign.
- Promote competitive learning and continuous improvement.
- Prepare training booklets, administer tests, and conduct role-plays.
- Complete daily reports on training experience.
- Become a company and campaign expert.
- Work with the training team to teach employees what they need to succeed.
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics like post-training performance, assessment scores, and ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of dedicated experience as a trainer in a Healthcare Campaign.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging, high-impact training sessions to diverse audiences, both in person and virtually.
- Ability to pivot facilitation styles on the fly based on real-time audience feedback, comprehension barriers, or unexpected technical issues.
- Solid foundational knowledge of adult learning theories (e.g., ADDIE framework, Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, Gagne’s events of instruction) and their practical application.
- Direct experience developing comprehensive training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and quick-reference guides.
- Hands-on experience navigating and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course deployment, attendance tracking, and reporting.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience to Intellum and Google Suite is a plus.
