Responsibilities
- Own assigned TMS product lines throughout their lifecycle, ensuring products remain reliable, competitive, manufacturable, and cost effective.
- Lead product improvements, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues from manufacturing, suppliers, field service, and customers.
- Develop innovative mechanical and electromechanical solutions for thermal management applications.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, sales, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product development, sustaining engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- Strong experience supporting commercially released products and managing engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar).
- Ability to create and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with thermal management systems, heating systems, fluid control systems, sensors, or similar industrial equipment would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with software configurations, control systems, reliability improvement, and manufacturing processes is desirable.
