Responsibilities
- Commissioning intelligent underground drilling equipment and following up on its performance.
- Solving demanding technical issues for customers and sales areas at customer mine sites.
- Solving demanding technical support tickets remotely on the Salesforce platform.
- Carrying out field service trips requiring factory-level technical knowledge or drilling application optimization skills.
- Training technical teams and end customers in a digitalized and automated underground mining environment.
- Supporting customers with equipment data transfer, connectivity, and network setup issues.
- Developing data-driven capabilities of remote technical support.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., automation or electrical engineering) is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with modern technology applications, such as control system technologies and digital data solutions in customer service.
- Proficiency in maintaining mobile equipment.
- Customer service attitude.
- Facilitation and presentation skills.
- Reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently internationally.
- Energetic, innovative, and proactive way of working.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent communication in English.
- Cover letter and CV in English required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the heavy machinery industry and/or mining or tunneling environment is considered a strong advantage.
