We are looking for a Product Specialist to drive development in Communication & Collaboration within IKEA’s Digital Workplace. This role involves working with Microsoft 365 products, understanding business needs, translating them into solutions, and driving adoption across the organization. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Ensure the Communication & Collaboration sub domain supports IKEA’s technology-process-delivery ecosystem.
Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, project managers, end-users, and cross-functional teams to understand needs and drive adoption.
Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of Digital Products against business goals and KPIs.
Support the Product Owner in tactical decision making with analysis results and insights.
Support the Product Owner in writing user stories.
Develop extensive knowledge of stakeholders’ needs and share that knowledge with the product team.
Test, analyze, and validate the actual impact of the product to ensure it reaches its goals.
Work with co-workers to understand and quantify their needs and requirements.
Work cross-functionally to ensure the agile team has what it needs and remove blockers.
Take initiative and drive solutions forward independently.
Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
Focus on real business value.
Continuously improve processes and ways of working.
Ensure solutions are trusted, relevant, and actively used.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Products and solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
Track record of working in a similar role and delivering impactful results.
Product management experience.
Microsoft 365 expertise (technical skills).
Experience with Adoption & Change.
Experience with Analytics & Reporting.
