Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product team and key stakeholders to conceptualize and implement key features and processes for improving seller experience and achieving business goals.
  • Actively seek ways to improve product related process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify gaps or blockers to seller experience, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
  • Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent
