As a Product Manager for Seller AI in International Seller Services, you will drive the roadmap for Gen-AI/LLM powered tools to help small and medium businesses grow on Amazon across international stores. You will define product vision, understand seller pain points, and leverage AI advancements to launch impactful products and demonstrate business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive roadmap for critical AI and Agentic experiences and enablers.
  • Develop PR/FAQ, vision, and business requirements for Gen-AI/LLM based experiences.
  • Understand seller pain points and prioritize business needs across countries.
  • Launch products and take them to market, demonstrating business impact.
  • Manage complex and ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations.
  • Marshal large amounts of data and make recommendations using new-age technology domains.
  • Influence without authority and earn trust of cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services.
  • Expertise with new-age technology domains like Generative AI.
  • Good command on latest advancements in AI technology (e.g. Generative AI, Large Language Models, etc).

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level.
  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization.
