As a Product Marketing Manager for Marketing Special Projects, Partnerships, and Analytics, you will be the strategic glue for our marketing organization. You will be responsible for institutionalizing a data-driven culture, leading high-priority "special projects" that require agile cross-functional navigation, and managing key strategic partnerships. You will work at the intersection of business strategy and execution, defining the analytical frameworks that inform our decision-making, while ensuring our partnerships are not just operational, but transformative. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives, utilizing advanced measurement techniques to prove impact and optimize Return on Investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives using a problem solving mindset. Develop project plans, define success metrics, and drive execution with agility to bring order to complex, ambiguous challenges.

  • Define and implement robust measurement frameworks (Key Performance Indicator (KPI) selection, incrementality, and full-funnel attribution) to evaluate the success of our marketing investments.

  • Develop and manage strategic co-marketing partnerships. Craft and execute joint go-to-market strategies that leverage partner ecosystems to hypercharge reach and engagement.

  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from campaign execution and to performance reporting.

  • Act as the primary liaison within marketing and internal stakeholders. Share actionable, incisive findings to generate buy-in and guide product/brand development that best serves the unique nuances of the Indian market.
