As a Product Manager for Return Defect Elimination, you will define and execute product strategy for AI-driven solutions to reduce selling partner defects. You will partner closely with engineering, ML/AI science, and UX teams to deliver innovative products from concept to full rollout, impacting billions in return costs.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-Enabled Solutioning and Selling Partner Defect Elimination.
- Lead stakeholder alignment across multiple teams including RBS Tech, ML Science, and system owners.
- Partner daily with engineering and ML/AI Science to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Own sprint planning, backlog management, and QA strategy.
- Drive phased rollout from PoC to scaled production, including UAT coordination and training material development.
- Own post-launch metric tracking, user feedback triage, and AI model performance monitoring.
- Scale Selling Partner coverage from 3,500 to 3 million sellers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
