Responsibilities
- Develop market feasibility studies, bridging the gap between customer needs, divisional strategy, and factory implementation feasibility.
- Describe the "Master Specification" of projects and ensure agreement from all involved parties.
- Act as a facilitator of the new product development process and ensure optimal work of the project team.
- Organize the introduction of the product to the market, including positioning, pricing, and literature production.
- Identify trends to evaluate product performance, collect customer feedback (NPS), and provide insights to teams.
- Prepare and follow up on project return calculations to achieve desired results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, with responsibilities in product management, portfolio management, new product development, application engineering, product marketing, or business development.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating teams without direct reporting lines.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in customer engagement, field visits, and capturing the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to identify and develop business opportunities will be a plus.
- Strategic, analytical, and innovative mindset.
- Ability to assess market trends, competitive positioning, financial feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
