Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of the AI-based Data Platform enabling agentic AI capabilities for Microsoft AI infrastructure.
- Lead the development of an AI-native Collaboration Platform for transforming collaboration with external partners, suppliers, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of platform capabilities with strategic business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end planning, development, and delivery of product features for AI-based systems.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify and prioritize product requirements, translating them into detailed specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams for timely and high-quality execution.
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: Required upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience working on cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, or developer platforms.
- 4+ years of experience building data applications in supply chain domains.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year.
- Different range for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area: USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
