Responsibilities
- Manage customer design business projects, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communication, risk, and procurement.
- Assess the feasibility of incoming requests from business, technical, commercial, and financial risk perspectives.
- Select basic equipment and translate customer needs into viable solutions.
- Estimate costs, determine transfer prices, and set feasible delivery times.
- Develop project plans and project charters, first as proposal files, then as contract files after order receipt.
- Participate in meetings with customers, inspection agencies, and Customer Centers.
- Responsible for product design, including 3D and 2D drawings, and creating/releasing design notifications.
- Solve technical issues in the field and production line to improve product quality.
- Provide or coordinate project processing in the iC3 system.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, specializing in Thermodynamics, compressors, or cryogenics.
- Basic knowledge in machinery design and willingness to learn.
- Mandarin native speaker and good English oral and writing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience in compressor knowledge is an asset.
- Experience with SAP, Enovia, and Inventor systems is an asset.
