Responsibilities
- Support project leaders in the pilot plant for customer product trials.
- Conduct pre-trial meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and operate equipment for trials.
- Provide technical support from process, packaging, and industrial engineering perspectives.
- Assist in creating trial reports and providing customer feedback.
- Manage equipment preparation, operation, and maintenance.
- Oversee on-site management including 5S principles.
- Support the smooth progression of trial projects.
Requirements
- Native level Japanese.
- Conversational English level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to maintenance or upkeep of mechanical equipment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in process development or evaluation of process conditions.
- Experience in product management or equipment management.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygienic design, and food industry standards, practices, and regulations.
- Basic understanding of the nutritional industry and raw materials.
