Responsibilities
- Review latest product information as per Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) and cross-check against relevant regulatory documentation.
- Classify products using various Amazon-specific tools and systems to ensure compliance with availability requirements.
- Work closely with managers and Process Experts to address deviations from SOPs and seek guidance when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of assigned tasks and utilize standardized reports to prioritize work and meet targets.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with partner teams to explore automation possibilities, such as using Excel queries.
- Share feedback on team SOPs to contribute to the refinement of operational processes.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute expertise and learnings.
- Support peers by answering queries and providing process-level training as a mentor.
Requirements
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel tool as per role requirements (filtering and sorting in data sets, cell referencing, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SQL, ability to self-service defined queries and make simple changes to retrieve data from a database
- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management tools, managing customer data and tracking interactions
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze and identify patterns across data sets and information
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to find solutions through logic, intuition, creativity, and design thinking
- Commitment to investigation, research, and diving deep to seek facts
- Ability to understand, interpret, critique, analyze and communicate data
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Microsoft Office suite) including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional environment
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries
- 2+ year work experience in Business Process Outsourcing in any of the following domains: accounting, regulatory compliance, payment processing, IT services, human resources, quality assurance
- Experience as a quality auditor in retail chain management, Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, or corporate role
- Experience with data analysis in quantitative fields and building data and decision support systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics or other related fields
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations
