Process Specialist under Education

We are seeking a Process Specialist for a temporary, three-month role in Daily Banking Services Corporate, from December 2026 to January 2027. The position involves handling service maintenance, report delivery, and gaining process knowledge to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Handling tasks related to maintain services, deliver reports, etc.
Gaining process knowledge in order to provide required service level
Actively developing yourself

Requirements

Practical experience in operational processes
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with documentation, controls and continuous improvements in a structured way
Good understanding of documentation standards, operational controls, risk awareness and quality assurance in day-to-day processes
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders across teams to clarify requirements, follow up on actions and ensure timely delivery
Good command of English
Ability to work with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
