Responsibilities
- Validate candidate records uploaded under “check-in” process
- Give directions to candidates regarding workspace adjustment or re-taking photographs
- Supervise candidates during testing sessions using video streaming and a remote administration console
- Monitor for suspicious or noteworthy activity and communicate with candidates if needed
- Ensure candidates follow all testing policies and do not risk exam security
- Assist candidates with technical issues
- Report candidate incidents to the Program Coordinator team
- Implement feedback given during monitoring sessions
- Perform appropriate documentation on client CRM
- Ensure data security of proprietary customer data
- Meet SLAs and maintain Quality Standards
Requirements
- Ability to validate candidate records
- Proficiency in giving directions to candidates
- Experience with video streaming and remote administration consoles for supervision
- Skills in monitoring for suspicious activity
- Ability to communicate with candidates when needed
- Understanding of testing policies and exam security
- Capability to assist candidates with technical issues
- Experience in reporting candidate incidents
- Ability to implement feedback
- Proficiency in CRM documentation
- Understanding of data security principles
- Ability to meet SLAs and maintain Quality Standards
