Looking for a Process Assistant in Bangalore, India to support daily department operations, including labor management and SOP compliance. Requires 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience and a high school diploma. Must be available for any shift.

Responsibilities

Support and work in the department as required
Help support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal and external suppliers
Provide coverage for Area Managers
Provide policy follow-up and attendance tracking
Track and report ATS/labor hours
Assist the floor as an associate resource, train associates and verify SOP compliance
Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of associate performance
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Fill in as needed with production duties
Fully understand workflow and daily production goals
Review and update SOP as required
Assist in keeping work area clean and organized
Identify and address safety hazards within the work area
Coach associates to work safely at all times
Participate in safety initiatives
Refer all job injuries immediately to area manager

Requirements

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
High school or equivalent

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
