Responsibilities
- Daily management of shift operations.
- Administrative management of associates.
- Job allocation to associates.
- Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Monitoring status of counts and problem-solving queues.
- Responsibility for shift quality and associated action plans.
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.
- Conducting 4M and 5S audits for respective work stations daily.
- Standing in for the Area Manager.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
- High school or equivalent education.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience.
