Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Area Shared Delivery Team, including Delivery Practice Managers and their teams.
- Ensure best-in-class solution delivery for customers and partners, exceeding satisfaction targets.
- Drive business development initiatives and provide portfolio guidance and oversight.
- Collaborate with ProServe Account Executives to define customer business outcomes.
- Manage the Area P&L, optimizing team growth, performance, and utilization.
- Act as an escalation point for Sales and Delivery teams, involved in pre-sales, ongoing projects, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT and/or Management Consulting/Services.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience leading cloud transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Leverage deep AWS knowledge to guide sellers in proposing optimal solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting to optimize operational processes and manage risk.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing trends.
