As a Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT) for the Customer Anecdote Miner (CAM) Platform, you will shape the future of how Amazon teams understand and act on customer feedback at unprecedented scale, leveraging evolving LLM technology. You will own a multi-year product vision, shape technology investments, and drive cross-organizational alignment. The role involves partnering closely with engineering, design, science, and business teams to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems and turn them into clear product strategies.

Responsibilities

Own and drive a multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap, setting direction in ambiguous spaces.
Lead large, complex product initiatives end-to-end with independence.
Partner as a technical peer with engineering, applied science, and design teams to evaluate architecture proposals.
Drive alignment across multiple organizations by influencing senior stakeholders.
Design experimentation frameworks and define success metrics.
Understand customer feedback analysis needs and onboard them as users of CAM.
Define platform features and requirements for upcoming releases.
Collaborate with ML Scientists and Engineers to build and optimize offerings.
Analyze platform metrics to identify performance optimization opportunities.
Contribute to technical design reviews for new features.
Review customer feedback and usage patterns to guide product evolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
